A light path adjusting means of a projection image display device is provided to enhance the manufacturing and to accomplish high-density pixels. The light path adjusting means comprises a substrate in which each pixel has a transistor and wiring patterns of matrix pattern are formed therein; a fixing portion(35) which is formed on the substrate(31); an actuator(40) which has a stacked structure in which one side of the lower portion thereof is attached to an upper portion of the fixing portion and which deflects upward and downward when a signal voltage is applied; a reflection mirror which is attached to an upper portion of the actuator(40) and has an inclined angle by the deflection of the actuator(40).
