A particle measuring device (1) for a granule processing apparatus jets a high pressure gas into a granule takeout pipe (3), which is formed to project, from inside the granule vessel (2), to take in granules and to catch the same by means of an adhesive film (6) and photograph the caught granules to obtain information on the granules in the granule vessel (2) on the basis of the obtained image information. A gas introducing port (4) communicating with the granule takeout pipe (3) is provided near an end (3b) of the granule takeout pipe (3) on an outer side of the granule vessel (2). A gas having a higher pressure than that in the granule vessel (2) is introduced into the granule takeout pipe (3) through the gas introducing port (4). In the particle measuring device for a granule processing apparatus, reliable measurement of grain size or the like is performed without being influenced by the remaining granules and runoff of the granules.
