<p>A method of adjusting the circadian rhythm of a mammal comprising administering to said mammal an effective circadian rhythm adjusting amount of 6-methy-5-oxo-3-thiomorpholinylcarbonyl-L-histidyl-L-prolinamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The method of the invention may be useful to assist shift workers to adjust to rotating work schedules, to alleviate the effects of jet-lag on travelers to remote time zone and/or to treat sufferers of delayed sleep phase syndrome.</p> |
