The device includes a control head (1), a stand (2) for supporting it, a computer (3) with different operating elements (4), shown in artline only. The operating elements involve a touch panel and touch screen. The stand has a tubular bar (5) for the control head and this bar is mounted in a base (6) that is made as a triangular plate or truncated cone. The bar can screw into the base, and when the base and the bar are dismantled, the control head can function independently on a table or wall.
