Piezoceramic resonator e.g. for filter and material testing in MHz range

The piezoceramic resonator uses a thick oscillation. A PZT layer is arranged on a carrier with a ground electrode using a sintering process at less than or equal to 950 degrees centigrade. A cover electrode is in turn mounted on the PZT layer. In one embodiment the carrier is in the form of a plate, a small rod, a sphere, a tube or a tubular segment. The PZT layer can be printed, injected or rolled on.
