There is provided a manufacturing method of polyisobutylene pervaporization membrane which can provide unpolluted drinking water with volatile organic chlorine system hydrocarbon compound because of excellent selectivity to organic material when removing a bit of volatile organic chlorine system hydrocarbon compound in the water. This method is comprised of manufacturing polyisobutylene solution by dissolving polyisobutylene in the weight of 5-30% of organic solvent, film forming this on the glass board, and taking off the solvent.
