The announcement broadcasting apparatus of a remote subscriber switching mechanism for use of a full electronic switching system comprises a memory address generator(20) for generating memory addresses of announcement broadcasting message in order in response to a frame synchronizing signal; a time slot controller(24) for producing a first control signal(en) for generating and combining numerous de-multiplied clocks from a main clock and outputting sound data to a programmed time slot, and a second control signal(PCMLD) as an inversion signal of the first control signal(en), a memory part(23) for outputting the stored sound message data in parallel in response to an address(a0-a16) generated in the memory address generator(20) and the first control signal generated in the time slot controller; a data converter(28) for synchronizing the parallel data signal from the memory part to the second control signal(PCMLD) and the main clock, and converting it into the sound PCM series data and outputting it; and a cycle controller(31) for transmitting the announcement message from a beginning part of the message by initiating the memory address generator(20) in case that an announcement broadcast cycle value determinable optionally is same as a higher address value of the address, thereby enabling to easily determine an announcement cycle according to a length of the announcement message and easily change a transmission time slot.
