In a fodder additive to de-activate mycotoxins in fodder or in animals' digestive tracts, an enzyme preparation made from enzyme-producing organisms from the group of plants, bacteria, yeasts or protozoans is added to fodder in quantities of from 0.1 to 3 kg/1000 kg, where the enzyme-producing organisms being selected from among the groups capable of forming epoxidases and/or lactonases. |
