The tank has a ring crevice (7) connected to it by openings (4) behind which are ring shaped lips (2,3). These lips surround a petrol hose inserted into the tank. The first ring (2) disallows contact between the vent openings and outside. The second (3) disallows contact between the vent openings and the tank.
