The present invention is related to 1-[[(pyrazolesulphonyl)amino carbonyl pyridinium hydroxide which is useful to the pyrazole sulphonylurea series intermediate of a herbicide. And the present invention also is related to a process for preparing thereof, which characterized in that reacting alkaline metal cyanate and pyridin with 1-[[(pyrazolesulphonyl)amino carbonyl pyridinium hydroxide in the presence of sulfonyl chloride as a solvent.
