PURPOSE:To remove the camera from a video telephone set main body and to apply contact shot with a free angle and to send a picture when an object such as a document or an object is picked up by adopting the structure such that the picture sending camera built in the video telephone set main body is separated from the main body circuit section through a cable. CONSTITUTION:The camera 2 is connected to the video telephone set main body circuit section via a cable 6. In case of normal talking, when a face of a talker is sent to an opposite talker, the camera 2 is fixed by a camera mount tool 7 and its own face is picked up through a lens hole 3. In case of sending an object except the face of the talker, that is, a document or object 8 to the opposite talker, the camera 2 is removed from the camera mount tool 7 and the object is picked up in direct contact shot or in various angles. Thus, it is possible to pick up and send a document or object in addition to the face at a free angle or in contact short by one camera and the set is made inexpensive and simple operation is attained. |
