A heat-resistance and a hydrolysis-resistance of polybutylene terephthalate resin were improved by the addition of biscaprolactam compound and carbodiimide compound in the resin. The polybutylene terephthalate resin composition consisted of polybutylene terephthalate 100 wt.parts, biscaprolactam compound(I) 0.1-5 wt.parts, and carbodiimide compound(II) 0.1-5 wt.%. In formulas, R is -CH2-, -CH2-CH2- or -C6H4-; R1 and R2 are C4-20 alkyl, aryl, nitrogen, amino, sulfonyl, or alkoxy.
