Automatic contact crimping tool at cable end for switch cabinet circuits cabling

The crimping tool assembly comprises a cable holding tongs (1), a crimping contact magazine, and a crimping unit (3) with insulation stripping blades (22,23) and crimping tools (20,21). The magazine is designed for different bands of differently wide crimping contacts. For generating a band feed for the respective crimping contact width at the magazine there are provided equalising members for a path difference of travelling strobe of the catching unit and the crimping contact width, corresponding to the feed.
