The module includes three transistors mounted on a heat conducting surface (11) with heat dissipating wing protrusions (15). Each transistor is stacked vertically on the conducting surface, with the emitter section at the top. Good heat dissipation from the emitter region is ensured by an intermediate aluminium region (3a) which is etched to ensure heat dissipation and allow contact with the base region.
