发明名称 THE METHOD OF POLYAMIDE IMIDE PESIN
摘要 Aromatic tricarboxylic acid anhydride and its derivatives and aromatic diamine were polymerized in the presence of acylhalogenating agent as first polymerization catalyst such as thionyl chloride, p-toluene sulfonyl chloride, sulfonyl chloride, cyanuric chloride, phosphrus trichloride to synthesize low molecular weight polyamideimide resin, followed by polymerizing high molecular weight polyamideimide resin having a inherent viscosity of 0.4- 1.50 dl/g in the presence of a second polymerization catalyst. Thus, 237.8 g of thionyl chloride was dissolved in 2l NMP, cooled to less than 5 deg.C, added 384 g trimellitic acid anhydride and 2 l NMP at room temperature. Obtained compound was reacted at 70 deg.C for 3 hours adding slowly a solution of 204 g triethyl amine and 3 l NMP to give the title resin having 0.93 dl/g of inherent viscosity.
