摘要 |
Aromatic tricarboxylic acid anhydride and its derivatives and aromatic diamine were polymerized in the presence of acylhalogenating agent as first polymerization catalyst such as thionyl chloride, p-toluene sulfonyl chloride, sulfonyl chloride, cyanuric chloride, phosphrus trichloride to synthesize low molecular weight polyamideimide resin, followed by polymerizing high molecular weight polyamideimide resin having a inherent viscosity of 0.4- 1.50 dl/g in the presence of a second polymerization catalyst. Thus, 237.8 g of thionyl chloride was dissolved in 2l NMP, cooled to less than 5 deg.C, added 384 g trimellitic acid anhydride and 2 l NMP at room temperature. Obtained compound was reacted at 70 deg.C for 3 hours adding slowly a solution of 204 g triethyl amine and 3 l NMP to give the title resin having 0.93 dl/g of inherent viscosity.
