Fluid quantity measuring device

The measuring device has an externally toothed setting disc fixed centrally to a holding strip (8), which is bent back on itself at the bottom end for enclosing the disc, with a hanging opening (5) at its top end. A scale around the periphery of the setting disc is marked in half litre divisions between 0 and 3 litres, with the range up to 2 litres marked in red, the range between 2 and 2.5 litres marked in a colour which changes from red to green and the range above 2.5 litres marked in green.
