The opening and closing movements of the blade (4) are restricted by end thrust surfaces on the tang (41) and in the housing. A locking part (5) can move in the knife's housing parallel to its inner surface towards the blade's pivot axis. It is alternately placed on a semicircular cam (4a) positioned on the tang to one side and concentric with the pivot axis. The cam's closing surfaces (45,46) lying in the rotational direction form the tang's end thrust surfaces. The locking part consists of a disc rotatably mounted in the housing, with circular cavity matching the external diameter of the cam or a lug facing the tang.
