In the thrown out living waste, combustible waste is burned out in a 1st burning chamber(1), hard-to-dissolved waste is completely burned out in a solid material burning chamber(9) of a 2nd burning chamber. Therefore mixed waste can be burned out completely and the high heat produced there makes reproduction process of waste oil possible. The toxic gas produced from the combustion is completely neutralized or removed through the processing of a cyclone(13), a wet cooler(16), a chemical reactor(17), water solution of toxic gas purifier and a water crusher(15).
