The hook has a base section (2) with two extensions which give the hook a U-shape. A rod (6) extends sideways from the top of the right-hand extension (3). The first section of this rod runs, for a short section, parallel to the right-hand extension after which it extends to the left parallel to the base of the hook. The rod further runs along the left-hand extension.The end of the rod is integral with the top of the left-hand extension. Rollers, with which the hook runs over the cable on which it is mounted, can be fitted in the lower part of the left-hand extension and the upper part of the right-hand extension
