The eight-channel high frequency signal switching device where gain control is achieved is provided to improve measurement accuracy by switching a high frequency signal inputted to a plurality of channels in a stable manner. In construction, a digital controller(830) from which control signals(C1-C7)(D1-D8) are outputted is connected to a relay circuit(900) for short-circuiting the input and output terminals of filtering circuits(110-180), multiplexers(300,500) in which one of eight signals is selected and outputted, and a multiplexer(700) in which one of two signals is selected to generate a final output, the filtering circuits(110-180) are connected to the multiplexer(500) via buffers(210-280), the multiplexer(300), a gain select circuit(400), and the multiplexer(500) is connected to the multiplexer(700) through an inverse circuit(600) and a non-inverse circuit(610).
