The received clock instability correcting method of a mobile earth station receiver in an international maritime satellite organization C(INMASAT-C) comprises the steps of: analyzing data decoded and inputted, and if in an error state, checking the number of blanks where a unique word is disposed on a matrix and determining whether the clock is normal to generate an interrupt; and if the interrupt has been generated, executing a corresponding operation to recovery the data error.
