A complex recording/reproducing device which records and reproduces an optical disc player and a tape recorder. The device comprises a body(100) which has a tape insertion opening of a predetermined width on the front side thereof; a cassette tape driving section(10) which has a holder(11) which is installed on one side of the body(100) and into which a cassette is inserted, and a deck in which the cassette tape which is fed by a top plate(12) surrounding the upper portion of the holder and by the holder(11) is positioned and which is provided with a running system for recording and reproducing the tape; a disc driving section(20) which has a tray(21) which is installed on the rear side of the cassette tape driving section(10) so as to be parallel to the cassette tape driving section(10) and in which an optical disc is received, a disc deck in which the optical disc fed by the tray(21) is positioned and which reproduces the optical disc, and a clamper which presses and supports the optical disc positioned in the disc deck(22); and a feeding means for slidably feeding the tray(21) of the disc driving section(20) towards the outside of an insertion hole of the body(100).
