A longitudinal for absorbing impulse of car having a main longitudinal (120), a sub-longitudinal(130) and a connecting piece(140) is disclosed. The rear end of the sub-longitudinal(130) is inserted into the tip end of the main longitudinal (120). The connecting piece(140) is inserted on the outer surface of the main longitudinal (120). Plural clamping holes(122a,132a,142a) are respectively formed in the main, sub longitudinals(120,130) and the connecting piece(140). Thereby, it is possible to easily repair longitudinal damaged in car collision, and to prevent accident because maintain the initial strength.
