The strobe light device for adjusting quantity of light and color temperature in which a voltage quadrupler(1) and a high voltage generating circuit(5) are provided, comprises: a light quantity adjusting circuit(13) comprised of condensers(C10, C11) connected in serial between the output terminal(X) of the voltage quadrupler(1) and a ground terminal(GND), condensers(C12, C13, C14, C15, C16, C17) connected in parallel with the condensers(C10, C11), diodes(D11, D12, D13) connected between nodes(a, b and b, c) and nodes(c, d), and a rotary switch(R/S) connected to an anode terminal(Ad) of strobe discharge tubes(ST1, ST2); and a color temperature adjusting part(14) comprised of a rotary switch(R/S1) in which one ends of resistors(R11, R12, R13, R14) are connected to contact points(2,3,4,5) and a turbo switch(TSW) in which as a contact point(7) is connected to the contact point(1) of the rotary switch(R/S1), a resistor(R15) is connected to the contact point(6) and a contact point(t) to a power applying terminal thereof via a resistor(R16), a diode(D5) and capacitor(C18).
