A method of manufacturing a light path control device includes the steps of: forming first races vertically on one side surface of a ceramic plate of a given thickness; attaching the ceramic plate to another ceramic plate manufactured similarly to the ceramic plate by a non-conductive adhesive agent to match the first races and grinding the other side surface to expose the non-conductive adhesive agent, thus forming a ceramic wafer; forming signal electrodes on respective transformed parts that form unit pixels on the ceramic wafer's lower surface and mounting the signal electrodes on a driving substrate with transistors and connection terminals so as to contact the connection terminals; forming bias electrodes, forming second races to be vertical to the first races on the transformed part; applying photoresist to be bias electrodes to cover the non-conductive adhesive agent and exposing parts, except the non-conductive adhesive agent's upper portion, to light; applying a metal to the photoresist and separating it to form mirrors; and forming supporting parts by removing the exposed parts of the photoresist.
