The present invention discloses a water-in-oil emulsion cosmetic or dermatologic composition, characterized in that it comprises: from 10 to 30 percent by weight of hydroxyacids, from 1 to 15 percent by weight of at least a silicone with polyoxyalkilene substitution, from 0.1 to 8 percent by weight of at least a coemulsifying compound chosen from a polyol alkylic ester, a polyol alkylic ether and an alkylic ether with oxyalkylene substitution, and because it does not include any alkanol, from 1 to 4 carbon atoms. This composition is more particularly directed, in topical application, for the treatment or care of skin, fingernails, hair and/or scalp, in particular for the treatment and/or prevention of xerosis, ichthyosis, actinic keratosis and/or photoinduced aging.
