FIELD: water treatment. SUBSTANCE: aeration apparatus contains tubular air duct with outer surface made in the form of regularly alternating longitudinal ribs and indentations with radial openings therein. Outer surface of tubular air duct is covered with two-layer dispersing coating. Its inner layer is made of a fibrous material in the form of fibrillated thread tightly wound (without gaps) on above-mentioned surface with surface density 1.1- 2.0 kg/sq. m. Outer layer constitutes a porous shell of material consisting of randomly laid fibers $$$ m in diameter, which are fusion-spiced in interception points. Density of this layer is $$$ kg/cu.m. Indentations between adjacent ribs and inner layer of dispersing coating form channels. Distance between adjacent ribs, diameter of each radial opening, and distance between adjacent radial openings are 0.15-0.4, 0.05-0.12, and 1.3-2.8 as large as inner diameter of tubular air duct, respectively. Area of cross-section of each of the above-mentioned channels is 0.2-0.9 as large as area of radial opening cross-section. Ribs and indentations may be made both longitudinal and helical. EFFECT: increased dispersing degree and reduced power consumption for air dispersing. |
