FIELD: medical engineering; laser therapy; ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: laser scanning apparatus comprises slot lamp, means for fixation of patient's head, ophthalmological table and laser for emitting therapeutically effective laser radiation. Inventive novelty of proposed apparatus resides in fact that it further comprises optical deflector in form of two-coordinate device adapted to provide spatial control of laser beam; laser radiator assembly including laser, electromagnetic lock, set of light filters, set of objective lenses, mechanism for actuating radiator blind, output objective lens; programmable control unit adapted to operatively control all operational modes of apparatus by using control panel and by visualizing preselected operational mode on videomonitor display screen; composite prism consisting of two bonded together (by adhesive) prisms having light-dividing and light- reflecting coatings for spatially aligning optical axes of laser radiator and slot lamp brightening channel within ophthalmologist analyzer plane. EFFECT: reliable and safe apparatus for laser treatment in ophthalmology. |
