FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: in a method of controlling manufacturing process, for example, manufacturing cement by way of supplying and grinding raw materials followed by mixing them, baking and grinding resultant clinker with additives with measurement of process parameters in each stage and correction them to predetermined values involved, grinding of raw materials is carried out in discrete-continuous mode, wherein loading of components is performed successively in accordance with time determined from a certain calculation procedure, output parameters of produced slurry are regularly measured and, if any parameter value deviates from preset value, amount of loaded component and/or its grinding time is changed. Produced slurry is conveyed into mixing process and subsequent baking, which is also carried out in discrete- continuous mode. Parameters of manufactured clinker are then measured and, when deviated, amount of slurry and/or its loading time are corrected to achieve preset values. Clinker with additives is finally loaded into discrete-continuous cement mill, output parameters of manufactured cement are measured and varied to predetermined values by way of varying amount of loaded clinker or additives and/or grinding time. EFFECT: reduced power consumption, stabilized properties of final products, and improved stability and controllability of process. |
