SUBSTANCE: device has zero-sequence current transformers 3, 4 mounted on connecting pieces 1, 2, current-to-DC-voltage converters 5, 6, storage elements 7, 8, integrating elements 11, 22, closing switches 9, 10 and 13, 14, threshold elements 15, 16, pulse stretchers 17, 18, final elements 19, 20, starting element 21, sequence potential transformer 22, control unit 23, short-pulse shaper 24, and OR gates 25-27. Control unit 23 incorporates pulse length limiter 28, delay element 29, and NOT gate 30 %. EFFECT: improved speed of device response, enlarged functional capabilities, and simplified design due to introduction of pulse stretchers and closing switches whose quantity conforms to number of connections being protected and due to designing control unit as assembly of pulse length limiter, delay element, and NOT gate. 1 cl, 1 dwg |
