FIELD: mechanical engineering; building facilities, continuous-action earth-moving machines designed for layer-by-layer removal of soil at grading and forming earth banks and pits. SUBSTANCE: machine has base tractor with frame and power takeoff housing rigidly connected to frame, running truck with frame and driving sprockets, additional frame for mounting working member consisting of aide pillars and guides installed for turning relative to longitudinal axis of tractor. Guides are provided with mechanism for displacement of replaceable working members. Mechanism consists of sliders and hydraulic or mechanical drive. Working member has cutting mechanism and transportation mechanism with soil throwing equipment. Cutting member is driven by final drives consisting of two turnable sections. Turnable sections can be made either in form of driven cutting chains or reduction gears of different types with corresponding installation of cutters, or as combination of reduction gears and driven cutting chains.
