FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: electrical machine, such as three-phase squirrel-cage induction motor, has its rotor made in the form of flexible kinematic link, for example, drive chain with electromagnetic members connected to chain plates and incorporating conductors, jumpers, and magnetic circuit. Stator has winding and magnetic core built up of separate straight sections gradually turning one into other. As alternative, rotor members may be arranged in parallel or perpendicular to plates in single-row, multiple-row, or toothed chain transmission, with two or more output shafts for singe- or variable-speed rotation.
