FIELD: mineral formation; may be used in fields where agitating apparatuses are used. SUBSTANCE: in offered method electric motor is energized via frequency regulator, electric motor is connected with agitator machine directly. Voltage regulator is used in the form of frequency converter. Frequency converter is engaged with frequency and voltage corresponding to maximum torque of motor and nominal alternation of phases. Then phase alternation is changed for opposite one and phases are changed for time permissible by duration of electric motor starting upon expiration of specified time, frequency and voltage of frequency converter are reduced to values ensuring nominal current in stator of electric motor. Then continuing alternation of phases, time required for motor cooling is measured and motor starting cycle is repeated. Device has low-speed vertical asynchronous electric motor connected to mains via frequency converter. It is connected in series with control device, program device, timer, and frequency converter supply switch. Connected to the second input of program device is current transducer of electric motor.
