FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: according to method, productive horizon of deposit is opened by producing wells, and development is effected by hexagonal cells with extracting chambers of first stage and second stage. First stage chambers are mined in the form of vertical slots with parallel or spreading apart walls oppositely directed over perimeter of hexagonal cell. One well is used for developing three chambers located at angle of 120 deg. to each other. Filling material is delivered to worked-out space through casing string preliminarily perforated and sunk to floor of worked-out space. After hardening of filling material, casing string is used as pipeline. After mining first stage chambers and their filling in hexagonal cell, development of second stage chamber begins under protection of artificial pillar.
