摘要 FIELD: wind-power engineering. SUBSTANCE: suspended from air intake guide ring is light-weight shell of convex-concave profile, turbine blading shell is transformed here with its exhaust edge into friction connection; cylindrical base of mentioned air intake has circular lip under drain lower edge; convex band edge of shell embraces mentioned edge with annular clearance so that this clearance is larger than that between lip and upper part of concave band; shell suspension ropes are uniformly arranged over circle and their top ends are inclined to turbine shaft; slot-like riffles are provided on inner surface of friction connection. Wind head acts on front sector of shell and on its side insert or sails built in concave outer part of mentioned shell and displaces suspended assembly in the direction of air flow. Shell runs into lip edge and inclines. In the process, windward part goes down and opposite side of same shell goes up. This transforms annular clearance between drain and convex band into vertical slits. Wind forced into front slit flows over cylindrical base and is expelled through rear slit by means of shell. In this way, wind jets charge shadow spiral channels. EFFECT: improved efficiency of weak wind utilization for low-power windmills.
