FIELD: manufacture of generators of radioactive elements used for production of radionuclides for medicine and equipment. SUBSTANCE: device for production of sterile radionuclides has a column with sorbent and radionuclide surrounded by a radiation protection, eluate filter connected to the column through an eluate pipeline, eluent pipeline connected to the column and needle secured in the device flange seat, bactericide filter with a pipeline and needle, eluate pipeline connected to the column and needle secured in the device flange seat, three-way switch installed in the eluate pipeline between the column and eluate filter, and an additional pipeline with an additional needle secured in an independent seat of the device flange and closed with a detachable sealed stopper. The eluate filter is positioned together with the column in the vertical seat of the radiation protection and closed on the end with a common stopper of the radiation protection.
