FIELD: building materials. SUBSTANCE: method involves additional addition of chalk to the raw mixture that has iron-containing, siliceous and magnesia components, highly magnesia lime at MgO content 7.2-9.65 wt.-%. The source of iron-containing and siliceous components - stripping rocks - metallurgy waste. The proposed raw mixture has the following ratio of components, wt.-%: magnesia component, 47.3-68.8; iron-containing component, 15.8-36.3; siliceous component, 2.4-9.8; and chalk, the balance.
