FIELD: construction; may be used in manufacture of polymer pipes. SUBSTANCE: method consists in that before putting the polymer sleeve of pipe internal lining on core, it is cut off in its lower part, 10-30 cuts with length of 0.05-0.1 of sleeve diameter are made and cut part is bent to upper end of pipe hub former installed on changeable bottom plate. When forms are removed its outside component is displaced over guiding protrusions of core. Guiding protrusions are displaced relative to one another through the same angle equal to 1.0-12 deg, and height of each protrusion equals to 0.001-0.05 of core diameter. Polymer lining of core may be made with anchor members in the form of transverse or longitudinal protrusions whose spacing is governed by size of filler of concrete mix. Heat treatment of polymer lining is carried out for 3-10 h at temperature of 35-80 C. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 cl, 3 dwg |
