SUBSTANCE: capsules used for keeping radioactive wastes of nuclear power plants and toxins of chemical industry are specially designed to store them for centuries. Novelty is that they are made of basalt which makes it possible to produce unit-cast capsule without stress angles, noted for high strength, resistant to corrosion, acids and alkalies; capsule is sealed with self-stopping angle cone potted in lead with flange bent out to hold potted lead.
