摘要 FIELD: oil and gas industry. SUBSTANCE: turbogenerator is used for power supply of electric circuitry of equipment in geophysical investigation of wells in course of drilling. High operational reliability of turbogenerator is achieved due to uniform rotation of hydroturbine impeller blades and its simplified design. Turbogenerator has shell with hole for fluid flow through it, hydroturbine, hydroturbine shaft support unit with pressure compensator, and electric generator. Also provided are flow rate regulator for drilling liquid passing through hydroturbine installed on shell of turbogenerator, and unit for contactless transmission of rotation from hydroturbine shaft to electric generator shaft. Unit is in the form of magnetic coupling. Hydroturbine shaft support unit is located in protected oil-filled housing, and generator is positioned in air medium separated from oil-filled compartment by divider of media located between driving and driven part of magnetic coupling and made of material possessing diamagnetic properties. Drilling liquid flow rate meter is in the form of seat with orifices for liquid passing beyond generator provided with spring-loaded valve. EFFECT: high efficiency.
