FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to prevention of depositions and boiler scale formation on heating surfaces of heat generators, for example, steam and hot-water boilers, cooling and heating system boilers. Invention is aimed and developing inhibitor providing versatility in inhibiting various deposits and enhancing efficiency in decreasing deposit formation rate, and also prolonging inter-washing operation time of equipment. Aim is achieved by way of introduction into feed water of boilers of inorganic inert disperse substances in the form of aqueous suspension of fractions with particle size from 250 pm to 4 mcm at suspension to feed water ratio from 1:100 to 1:2. As disperse substances, the following can be used: carbon black with particle size from 250 pm to 2.5 mcm; white soot (amorphous silicon oxide), 1- 1000 nm; aluminium hydroxide (bayerite), from 500 pm to 1.5 mcm; calcium hydrophosphate, from 30 nm to 4 mcm; naturally occurring bentonite clay fractions from 30 nm to 4 mcm. EFFECT: enhanced inhibiting effect. |
