A method and apparatus for machining a lenticular lens for screen of a projection TV is disclosed. The method comprises the steps of feeding a resin extruded from a nozzle of a extruder to a first roller by a guide roller; forming prominences and depressions on a surface on a exit side by passing the resin through the first roller; and forming the lenticular lens by passing the lenticular lens passed through the first roller through a second roller which includes a lower side roller which forms an embossing and a upper side roller which forms a wall and a convex lens on the exit side.
