The dispenser to allow free passage of water or a soap mixture in the required proportions has a housing (2) with a standard female pipe fitting for the water feed. The housing outlet has a male fitting. A T-shaped valve tap (3) has two independent ducts (A,B) to supply water and water soap mixture. One duct has a throttle defined by opposed conical surfaces. The dispenser has a soap supply (7). The T-shaped valve assembly is placed immediately after the water inlet to allow separate connection to the respective ducts.
