摘要 Invention for the control of extreme structure vibrations, and may be extensively used in the domains of oil, chemistry, energy and other industries to ensure equipment reliability on the basis of vibration diagnostics and monitoring principle.The invention increases accurateness and speed of structure vibration control, using a remote method of carrying out of all operations.This goal is achieved the following way: a vibrating loop of controlled frequency with its own alternations and an elastic element of varying rigidity and a changeable mass weight is fastened onto the vibrating surface of the structure to be tested. Two normally open electric contacts with controlled gap are attached to the weight and the body of the device. When the vibration range of the tested structure exceeds the allowed limits, electric contacts touch each other. Therefore, the electric signal, which may be transmitted to alarm, memory or control units, is generated.The vibration control device consists of the body (1), two normally open electric contacts (8, 9) with controlled gap and the changeable mass weight (2), connected to the vibrating surface (10) of the tested structure through an elastic element (3) of varying rigidity, which is filled with a liquid (5) with power controlled magnetic properties. The new thing characteristic to this device is that the first electric contact (9) is motionlessly connected to the body (1), and the second electric contact (8) is motionlessly connected to the changeable mass weight (2).
