A composite for removal of chemical oxygen demand(COD) is comprised of Mg of 0.5~1.5 weight portion among magnesium compounds, water of 5~15 weight portion, silicic acid soda of 0.05~0.2 weight portion, iron compound of 1~1.5 weight portion, and Al of 0~0.5 weight portion among aluminum compounds, and manufactured by adjusting pH of 0.5~2 with sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid. The dyeing waste water is firstly chemically treated, then being secondly aerated as the above mentioned compsition.
