Disposable single-use hygienic inner sole comprising a thin laminar part adapted to the inside of a shoe, placed between the shoe and the foot of the user. The inner sole is thrown away after a single daily use, and is comprised of a variety of superimposed layers, having a similar contour and absorbing characteristics, and connected to each other. The inner sole is peripherally closed by pressing, heat-sealing, seaming, gluing.
