FIELD: mechanical engineering; lubrication systems of internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: device has supply reservoir connected through main oil line with oil pump, bypass spool valve, check valve and main hydraulic accumulator with plunger made coaxially and integral with plunger of additional hydraulic accumulator connected by oil channel with friction units. Both hydraulic accumulators are connected with supply reservoir through oil pump and check valve. Thermoaccumulator in form of space enclosing hydraulic accumulators and engine exhaust manifold is made in housing of hydraulic accumulators. Space is filled with salt melt. Housing of hydraulic accumulators is furnished with burner to warm up hydraulic accumulators after long period of idleness. Use of proposed device precludes changes in physical and chemical properties of oil circulating through main oil line of internal combustion engine and provides quick and reliable delivery of oil as the same oil is used in main and additional hydraulic accumulators, i.e. stability of oil properties is provided. Higher temperature of oil ensures reduction of oil viscosity only in period when oil is delivered to fraction units where oil gets cooled and restores its physical properties. Use of one supply reservoir simplifies design and improves reliability of device. Owing to the fact that main and additional hydraulic accumulators are arranged in common housing provided with space filled with salt melt and forming thermoaccumulator heated by exhaust gases and furnished with burner, normal thermal condition of hydraulic accumulators is provided irrespective of duration of idle period in operation of internal combustion engine. EFFECT: preserved properties of oil circulating in engine lubrication system, provision of quick and reliable delivery of oil to friction unit irrespective of duration of idle periods. |
