Disclosed is a circuit and apparatus to detect wrong fixating of a disk. The circuit comprises two tilt sensors(S1, S2), an adding circuit(10), a comparator(30) and a transistor(Q1). The tilt sensors(S1, S2) sense the light from the disk and generate current signals according to the sensed light. The adding circuit(10) adds the current signals so that a voltage signal is generated. The comparator(30) compares the voltsgr from the adding circuit(10) and the reference voltage. The transistor(Q1) switched the voltage to the sensing port of a microcomputer by a signal from the comparator(30). Thereby, the wrong fixating is detect and corrected so that the disk is not damaged.
