In-mould moulded article having a matted surface is composed of a transfer layer having a fine corrugation on a corrugation of a plastic moulded article. Since two stages of corrugations are formed on the surface, the in-mould moulded article is highly resistant to surface damage and to contamination and has excellent matted surface having a high matting effect. Prod. uses a mat transfer material capable of forming a fine corrugation exhibiting a matting effect and a mould having a mat work of a corrugation greater than that of the mat transfer material performed on the cavity to fix the mat transfer material into the mould and makes injection moulding of a resin by injecting resin. @(13pp Dwg.No.0/5)
