The device connects a regulated boiler to two heating circuits, which have different temperature regulation characteristics, and which each have a pump (24,28). It has a housing (15) with two internal spaces (17,25) which are separated by a partition (16). The first space (17) has four external openings, of which the first (18) is for connecting to the outlet of the boiler, and the second (20) and third (21) are for connecting to the outward and return flows of the first heating circuit. The fourth opening (22) is for connecting to the return flow (23) for the boiler, and a pump (35) is arranged between the housing and the boiler. The second space has two openings (26,27) which are for connecting to the outward and return flows of the second circuit, and between which a calibrated duct (31) is arranged. The partition has holes (29,30) on each side of the duct, in order to allow water to flow between the two spaces.
